Overview
1. No Returns or Exchanges
At Blackwingg, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, so please make sure you’re confident in your order before completing your purchase. Our items are thoroughly reviewed before shipping and out, so you can rest assured that what you receive is as perfect as it can get.
2. Order Accuracy
We highly recommend scrutinizing all the details, including sizes and colors, before ordering. Our team works hard to provide accurate images and descriptions; however, please note that slight variations in color might occur due to lighting and screen settings.
3. Embroidery
Please note that Blackwingg specializes in high-quality prints and does not deal with embroidery. If you have ordered a product with a print, that is the only method we use to personalize or decorate our items.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
In case you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will exchange it for you with no hassle at all. Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Contact us at blackwinggofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Step 2: Provide an unpacking video (this is mandatory) to help us understand the problem and confirm that the damage occurred before the product left our warehouse.
Step 3: Following our review of your request, we will walk you through the exchange process. You will also be responsible for the one-way courier charges for the return of the damaged item to us.

5. Custom Products
For customized items, such as custom t-shirts, no exchange or return will be taken due to size issues. Before you order, please make sure to read our size guide to avoid any issues. If you get a defective or faulty custom product, you should immediately reach out to us at blackwinggofficial@gmail.com. We will be happy to correct the mistake.
6. Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. After this period, all cancellations will be denied as we process orders in a timely manner with the intention of speedy delivery. We cannot cancel an order once it is shipped. If you have partly paid through COD, please know any cancellation after 24 hours will attract an irrecoverable advance.
